Our loyalties are fickle
Turns out it didn’t take us long to get over Firefly. Spunky, sassy and completely fearless, we want to name our first child after her. If it’s a girl, that is. There is some disagreement as to her essential qualities though:
Maya: She’s badass.
Mickey: No she’s not.
Maya: Why not? She isn’t scared of anything.
Mickey: Look. Badass is you walk into a room and know you can take on everyone there.
Maya: I guess …
Mickey: Being friends with the leader of a biker gang doesn’t make you badass. Now if you can kill a roomful of Reavers then you’re badass. River is badass.
