Choir
When Mickey’s friends were still in high school they used to tell their parents they were going to choir practice when they were actually going out drinking. The subterfuge worked, and they spent many a happy evening imbibing whatever beer was readily and cheaply available. Many years later, the gang is married off (mostly), have jobs and money, wear better clothes, and live in their own places. Oh and there are girls now. But the name stuck, and so did the love of alcohol.
